Flat, stick-on eyes. Each has a flashy base with a solid black pupil. These eyes are lolli-pop shaped with a tab to make placement easier. They work great epoxied to the head of saltwater patterns.
Bob Popovics recommends using them as a base under 3D eyes – they help hold even more securely.
